整体护理对超声引导经皮肝穿刺活检术患者情绪及睡眠的影响

摘要目的：观察护理干预对超声引导经皮肝穿刺活检术患者情绪及睡眠的影响效果。方法：选取2017年1月至2018年6月间厦门大学附属第一医院收治的经皮穿刺活检术患者61例作为研究对象，随机分为对照组（n=30）和观察组（n=31），对照组给予常规基础护理，观察组给予整体护理，比较2组情绪和睡眠质量改善情况。结果：观察组护理后情绪评分显著低于对照组（P<005）。观察组护理后睡眠质量（915±359）分显著低于对照组（1283±375）分（P<005）。结论：给予超声引导经皮肝穿刺活检术患者整体护理，能更好地缓解患者不良情绪，提升患者睡眠质量，值得推广。

Effect of Holistic Nursing on Emotion and Sleep of Patients Undergoing Ultrasoundguided Percutaneous Liver Biopsy

经皮肝穿刺活检术为有创操作，术后易发生相关并发症，影响患者身心状况及睡眠质量[1]。为降低经皮肝穿刺活检术的不良影响，临床护理的效果逐渐为临床所重视，众多护理干预模式被应用，整体护理是其中应用效果相对理想的一种。本研究就整体护理在经皮肝穿刺活检术患者临床护理中的应用效果进行观察，报道如下。

1资料与方法

11一般资料

选取2017年1月至2018年6月间厦门大学附属第一医院收治的经皮穿刺活检术患者61例作为研究对象，随机分为对照组（n=30）和观察组（n=31）。对照组中男17例，女13例，年龄29～71岁，平均年龄（5123±307）岁，受教育程度：高中及以下12例，本科及大专16例，研究生2例;观察组中男18例，女12例，年龄31～70岁，平均年龄（5147±301）岁，受教育程度：高中及以下11例，本科18例，研究生2例;2组患者一般资料经统计学分析，差异无统计学意义（P>005），具有可比性。研究符合医学伦理，患者知情同意。

12纳入标准所有患者无手术禁忌，智力正常，无交流障碍，患者心理状况良好。
