参松养心胶囊对于冠状动脉粥样硬化性心绞痛失眠患者心肌保护的作用与睡眠质量的影响分析

摘要目的：探讨参松养心胶囊治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病心绞痛（以下简称“冠心病心绞痛”）失眠的临床效果。方法：选取2017年10月至2019年6月临邑县中医院临盘内科收治的冠心病心绞痛失眠患者74例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组，每组37例。对照组采用常规治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上加用参松养心胶囊治疗。比较2组实验室指标和睡眠质量。结果：治療后观察组各项实验室指标均优于对照组，睡眠质量评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<005）。结论：参松养心胶囊能有效保护冠心病心绞痛失眠患者的心肌，并改善其睡眠质量，值得采纳。

Effect of Shensong Yangxin Capsule on Myocardial Protection and Sleep Quality of Insomnia Patients with Coronary Atherosclerotic Angina Pectoris

AbstractObjective：To explore the clinical effect of Shensong Yangxin Capsule on insomnia of coronary heart disease angina pectoris（hereinafter referred to as “coronary heart disease angina pectoris”）Methods：A total of 74 patients with insomnia due to angina pectoris from October 2017 to June 2019 were divided into two groups by random number tableThe control group（n=37）received routine treatment，and the observation group（n=37）received Shensong Yangxin Capsule before and after the treatment of the control groupThe laboratory indexes and sleep quality were compared between the two groupsResults：After treatment，the laboratory indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group，and the sleep quality score was lower than that of the control group，（P<005），with statistical significanceConclusion：Shensong Yangxin Capsule can effectively protect the myocardium of insomnia patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris，and improve their sleep quality，which is worth adopting.

冠心病心绞痛为临床多发病，属于中医学“心痛”“胸痹”等范畴，具有反复发作、病程长等特点，患病后患者极易产生不良情绪，进而导致睡眠障碍。资料显示[1]，有306%的冠心病心绞痛患者合并睡眠障碍。有学者指出[2]，失眠患者产生焦虑情绪后，将增加脑血流量、减少冠脉血流量、增加机体耗氧量，加重心绞痛程度，进而形成恶性循环，因此需要及时采取有效的措施治疗。我们对我院收治的74例冠心病心绞痛失眠患者作为研究对象，针对此课题进行研究，现报道如下。

1资料与方法

11一般资料选取2017年10月至2019年6月临邑县中医院临盘内科收治的冠心病心绞痛失眠患者74例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组，每组37例。对照组中男20例，女17例，年龄46～68岁，平均年龄（5689±846）岁。观察组中男19例，女18例，年龄47～67岁，平均年龄（5696±821）岁。……
