舒适护理对ICU重症患者生活及睡眠质量的影响观察

摘要目的：为确定护理效果改善护理水平，本次将舒适护理作为主要的探索方向，以求得到更为优异的护理效果。方法：选取2018年6月至2019年7月滨州市沾化区人民医院重症医学科收治的40例患者作為研究对象，采用随机表法将40例患者分成观察组和对照组，每组20例。以不同的护理方式区分2组患者，对照组将采用常规护理用于后续治疗，观察组以舒适护理作为护理主要的方式，2组患者无论任何数据都不具有明显差距，将护理效果评分以及满意程度作为判断治疗效果的主要标准。结果：对比分析整理后发现，虽然2组患者在接受不同护理方式前的各项数据没有明显差距，但是采取不同的护理方式后得到的护理结果不同，观察组以对照组为参照标准，取得的数据良好，达到的预期效果与常规手术治疗相比，在数据结果上差异较大，可作为统计学意义思考。结论：舒适护理是行之有效的治疗方案，对患者采用此措施，对患者的睡眠功能具有正面作用，可大幅度提高患者睡眠质量[2]。
