舒适护理对重症监护室冠心病患者舒适度和睡眠质量的影响

摘要目的：探究舒适护理应用在重症监护室冠心病患者中对提升舒适度和睡眠质量的影响效果。方法：选取2018年4月至2019年4月福建医科大附属第一医院收治的重症监护室进行治疗的冠心病患者158例作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组79例。对照组实施常规护理，观察组经常规护理后实施舒适护理，对比2组患者护理前后舒适度及睡眠质量。结果：护理前，2组舒适度和睡眠质量评分对比，差异无统计学意义（P>005）;护理后，观察组舒适度评分高于对照组，睡眠质量评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<005）。结论：重症监护室进行治疗的冠心病患者给予舒适护理，可使患者舒适度明显提高，睡眠质量明显改善，值得临床推广。

Improving Comfort and sleep Quality Effect in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease in Intensive Care Unit

AbstractObjective：To explore the effect of comfort nursing on improving comfort and sleep quality in patients with coronary heart disease in intensive care unitMethods：A total of 158 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to the Intensive care unit of the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into observation group and control group，with 79 patients in each groupThe control group received routine nursing，while the observation group received comfort nursing after routine nursing，and compared the comfort and sleep quality of the 2 groups of patients before and after nursingResults：before nursing，the comfort and sleep quality scores of the two groups were compared，and the difference was not statistically significant（P>005）After nursing，the comfort score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group，and the sleep quality score was lower than that of the control group，with statistically significant difference（P<005）Conclusion：Comfort nursing for patients with coronary heart disease treated in intensive care unit can significantly improve the comfort and sleep quality of patients，which is worthy of clinical promotion.

冠心病是一种常见的老年患者疾病，随着社会老龄化的发展，冠心病发病率逐年升高，临床主要表现为心绞痛、乏力或呼吸困难等症状，冠心病病程治疗时间较长，对患者生活造成不利影响[1]。舒适护理在临床运用逐渐开展，因其能改善不适症状、提升满意度等优势，临床运用广泛。本文主要研究舒适护理度对冠心病老年患者的护理作用，现将结果报道如下。

1资料与方法

11一般资料选取2018年4月至2019年4月福建医科大附属第一医院收治的重症监护室进行治疗的冠心病患者158例作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组79例。对照组中男44例，女35例，年龄46～64岁，平均年龄（5524±910）岁，平均病程（255±103）年。观察组中男性50例，女性29例，年龄47～63岁，平均年龄（5574±905）岁，平均病程（275±144）年。一般资料经统计学分析，差异无统计学意义（P>005），具有可比性。
