小学班主任管理工作与语文教学的有效结合分析

【摘    要】在小学阶段，班主任通常需要在学生管理任务之外承担教学任务，语文、数学、英语、品德课的教学工作都有可能被班主任承担。语文是小学阶段十分重要且基础的课程，总课时数量与数学不相上下，兼任语文教学任务的班主任数量较多。因此，小学班主任管理工作通常需要与语文教学相结合，帮助学生学好语文，为学习其他科目课程奠定基础。本文主要从兼任语文教师的班主任工作入手分析和探讨，为提高小学班主任工作水平提供一些思路。

An Analysis of the Effective Combination of the Management Work of Primary School Head Teachers and Chinese Teaching

【Abstract】At the elementary level， the teacher in charge of the class usually needs to undertake teaching tasks in addition to the tasks of student management. The teaching of Chinese， mathematics， English， and morality may be undertaken by the teacher in charge. Chinese is a very important and basic course at the elementary level. The total number of class hours is comparable to that of mathematics. There are more head teachers who concurrently serve as Chinese teaching tasks. Therefore， the management of primary school head teachers usually needs to be combined with Chinese teaching to help students learn Chinese and lay the foundation for learning other subjects. This article mainly analyzes and discusses the work of a class teacher who is a part-time Chinese teacher， and provides some ideas for improving the work level of a primary school class teacher.

小学阶段的学生，生理和心理都处于发育阶段，在家需要家长的呵护和引导，在校需要班主任和教师的引导和教育。语文看似是一门教导汉语言的课程，实际上是培养小学生在文学方面综合素养、综合能力的课程，具备帮助学生树立人格、价值观的作用和效果。因此，语文课程教学本身就带有一定的德育功能。班主任的管理工作同样具有德育功能，且能够给予语文教学实践方面一定的支持，有助于语文教学效果的提升。

一、班主任管理工作与语文教学结合的意义和作用

（一）帮助学生加深对班级管理的理解

初入小学校园，小学生受到生理年龄的影响，对班主任提出的很多管理规定细则不能够有效理解。班主任在语文教学管理中可以穿插一些关于班级管理规定的讲解，一方面培养小学生的阅读能力，一方面培养小学生的理解能力。……
