基于爱满天下理念的初中班级管理探究

摘  要：爱一直以来都是人类美好生活的主题，而在我们的教育中如果能够很好地融入爱则能够让学生对学习产生兴趣，让学生尽情地彰显出自己的个性，从而促进学生形成一种积极向上的状态。所以作为一名初中教师应该将爱融入到日常的班级管理中，坚持爱满天下的管理理念。纵观目前的初中班级管理还存在着一些问题，所以我们必须要找到这些问题存在的根本原因，将爱作为管理班级的源泉，学会用心经营自己的班级，从而提高初中班级管理的质量，能够让初中生感受到班级的温暖，更加健康积极的成长。

Research on Class Management of Junior High School Based on the Concept of Love all Over the World

【Absrtact】 Love has always been the theme of a better human life. If love can be well integrated into our education，it can make students interested in learning，let students show their own personality，so as to promote students to form a positive state. Therefore，as a junior high school teacher should integrate love into the daily class management，adhere to the management concept of love all over the world. Throughout the current junior high school class management，there are still some problems，so we must find out the root cause of these problems，take love as the source of class management，learn to manage your own class carefully，so as to improve the quality of junior high school class management，so that junior high school students can feel the warmth of the class，more healthy and positive growth.

1.初中班级管理现状分析

（1）初中班级管理缺乏系统理论指导

班级的教育管理是育人的重要方式和手段，作为班级的管理者应该具备一定的教育学和心理学的知识，同时能够掌握一些科学管理班级的方法。但是目前初中班级管理缺乏一个系统性的理论指导，使得班级的管理者所掌握的专业知识无法满足现代化教育的需求，虽然一些比较有经验的班主任具备较强的敬业精神，但是因为观念上比较的陈旧，容易和学生之间产生代沟。而一些中年的班主任不具备较强的责任心和管理的能力。另外一些刚刚进入学校的教师虽然具有相对高的工作热情，但是因为经验不够丰富，缺乏理论指导和实践机会，所以在初中班级管理中都遇到了不少的问题。……
