浅谈现代学徒制在汽车检测与维修技术专业中的应用

摘 要：高职汽车检测与维修技术专业采用现代学徒制的人才培养模式能够最大范围的实现产教融合和校企合作，对学生实际动手能力的提升也有着非常重要的作用，当然在实施过程中还是会遇到了一些问题和阻力，这就要求院方和企业积极探讨，不断探索，寻找一条适合的路线。这样汽车检测与维修技术专业现代学徒制的进行才可以真正达到目的，实现学校、学生和企业的“三赢”。

Discussion about the Application of Modern Apprenticeship System in Automobile Inspection and Maintenance Technology Specialty

Abstract：The adoption of modern apprenticeship talent training mode for higher vocational automobile inspection and maintenance technology majors can achieve the largest range of industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation. It also plays an important role in improving students' practical ability. Of course， in the implementation process there will still be some problems and resistance， which requires the school and the enterprise to actively discuss， constantly explore， and find a suitable route. Only in this way can the modern apprenticeship of automobile inspection and maintenance technology be carried out to achieve the goal and realize the “three wins” of schools， students， and enterprises.

1 引言

随着社会的发展，汽车的保有量仍在直线上升，因此汽修行业的前景很是乐观。高职汽车检测与维修技术专业培养的是汽车维修、汽车保养，汽车销售以及售后服务等市场需要的全能型人能。但是因为高职院校汽车检测与维修技术专业教学体系和校内实训条件的限制，教学过程无法与企业完全对接，这就导致学生毕业后很难快速胜任工作，与实际岗位要求有一定的差距。这样的现状就要求学校和企业协作，共同参与到学生的教学培养过程中，因此汽车检测与维修技术专业现代学徒制是大趋所示，必须深入探索。

2 现代学徒制的本质

2014年，教育部提出了“现代学徒制”这一新的理念。现代学徒制就是让高校和企业合作育人，深化校企合作，实现产教融合，从而培养企业需要的人才。

学徒制的融入有利于促进企业参与高等职业教育人才培养的全过程，实现专业优化与企业要求的对接，课程内容与岗位标准的对接，教学过程与生产过程的对接，毕业证书与职业资格证书的对接，职业教育与终身学习的对接。……
