论未来型建筑人才的培养

摘  要：第四次工业革命引发了一系列产业变革，进而引发人才市场的变化，建筑业亦如此。未来建筑业的设计、施工、管理、运维等方面都会受到第四次工业革命的影响，机械化会取代大批人工劳动力，施工技术不断进步会需要更高端的技术人才，建筑类大学生怎样才能顺应未来，赢得未来呢？该文分析建筑业未来的变化及岗位变化，探讨未来型的建筑类人才特征，为建筑人才培养提供参考。

Abstract： The fourth industrial revolution triggered a series of industrial changes， and trigger changes in the talent market， the same goes for the construction industry. The design， construction， management， operation and maintenance of the future construction industry will be affected by the fourth industrial revolution， mechanization will replace a large number of manual labor， the continuous progress of construction technology will require more high-end technical personnel， how can architecture students conform to the future and win the future？ The article analyzes future changes in the construction industry and job changes， discuss how to train construction talents who can meet the needs of the future industry.

未来始于现在而应胜于现在，没有现在即没有未来，所以要研究未来型人才，必须清楚了解其现在所面临的环境，“胜”于现在，是指未来应当解决现在存在的问题，进行优化改进。根据四川大学锦城学院校长邹广严教授在学校2016年《立足现在，面向未来，追踪新技术革命前沿，培育“未来型人才”》会议中所讲，未来型人才是能够随着社会的发展进步，适应未來新产业、新岗位需求的人才。未来型人才的核心素养包括人文素养、科学素养、公民意识，未来型建筑人才的培养应当以此为指导，分析未来建筑行业的变化，明确人才培养目标。

1  建筑业未来的行业变化

建筑业作为国民经济的支柱产业，目前面临全面转型升级，结合第四次工业革命，参照中国建筑业协会会长王铁宏关于建筑业未来发展和转型的3条主线的观点，笔者认为，在培养建筑业未来型人才过程中，学校和学生本人需要重点关注的行业变化为以下几点。……
