试论高校心理健康教育与思想政治教育的关系

摘  要：思想政治教育与心理健康教育从性质上看是分属两个不同的学科，但二者具有共同点，同时也有着明显的不同点。社会新形势的不断变化发展，在一定程度上影响着高校大学生的心理建设，导致当前高校大学生心理问题不断增多，对高校大学生心理和思想等方面的培养教育带来了严峻的挑战。因此，该文首先对大学生心理现状进行介绍，然后对高校思想政治教育存在的问题进行分析，在考虑高校心理健康教育与思想政治教育的关系基础上，提出相对应的解决措施，最大程度发挥心理健康教育在高校思想政治教育中的积极作用。

Abstract： Ideological and political education and mental health education belong to two different disciplines in nature， but they have common points and obvious differences. The continuous change and development of the new social situation， to a certain extent， affects the psychological construction of college students. With the increasing psychological problems of college students， the work of mental health education and ideological and political education are facing severe challenges. Therefore， this paper first introduces the psychological status of college students， and then analyzes the problems existing in ideological and political education in colleges and universities， fully considers the relationship between mental health education and ideological and political education， and puts forward solutions， give full play to the complementary role of mental health education in Ideological and political education in colleges and universities.

1  大学生心理现状分析

对于大学生来说，大学阶段是一个非常重要的时期，这个阶段是大学生由青年向成人过渡的重要時期，在这个阶段下，大学生的心理素质会变得越来越成熟，整个大学阶段是帮助学生自我成长、自我创造的关键阶段。大学生的受教育程度比较高，作为文化层次较高的群体，很多大学生对于自己的定位非常高，由此可以看出大学生是一个承载社会和家庭很高期望值的特殊群体[1]。随着社会发展的进程越来越快，大学生的竞争压力也越来越大，现阶段日益严峻的就业形势，无疑给大学生增添了无形的就业压力和学习压力，并且大学生还没有真正地进入社会，自身缺乏一定的社会阅历，心理素质还不是很成熟，很容易受到外界环境等因素的影响。……
