初中道德与法治教学中学生法治意识的培养探讨

【摘  要】新时代下的普法宣传精神强调，要创新宣传形式，注重宣传实效。道德与法治教育作为国民教育体系与社会主义精神文明的重要构成要素，能切实增强全民素质，维护社会和谐安定，因此，初中道德与法治教师应该积极培养初中学生的法治意识，通过创新教育形式，注重教学实效，培养青少年的法治意识，提高初中学生的思想道德修养，确保学生的身心健康发展。本文对初中道德与法治教学中的法治意识培养展开探讨，提出了不同的法治意识培养策略。

【Abstract】The spirit of law popularization in the new era emphasizes the need to innovate forms of publicity and pay attention to the effectiveness of publicity. Morality and rule of law education， as an important component of the national education system and socialist spiritual civilization， can effectively enhance the quality of the whole people and maintain social harmony and stability. Therefore， junior high school morality and rule of law teachers should actively cultivate the legal awareness of junior high school students through innovative educational forms. Pay attention to the effectiveness of teaching， cultivate the legal awareness of young people， improve the ideological and moral cultivation of junior high school students， and ensure the healthy development of students' body and mind. This article discusses the cultivation of legal consciousness in the teaching of morality and rule of law in junior high schools， and proposes different strategies for cultivating legal consciousness.

一、采用信息化教學方式

信息化教学是一种先进的教学手段，可以把冗杂、抽象的知识通过新颖的形式展现，让学生直观地理解，便于学生的知识学习和学习效率提高，还能活跃课堂氛围，调动学生的学习积极性，激发学生的学习欲望。利用信息技术展开的信息化教学能显著提升课堂效率，与此同时，信息化教学也能丰富课堂教学内容，可以有效拓展学生的学习视野，增强学生关于道德与法治的学习认知。

例如，在讲解合理利用网络的知识过程中，教师运用多媒体教具展示不同的网络资源获取渠道，讲解正确的上网方式与规范的网络行为，并鼓励学生列举一些不道德的网络行为，最后通过多媒体教具呈现网络安全法律知识，引导学生正确的运用网络来提高生活质量，提升学习效率，明白网络并不是不法分子的逍遥之地，在网络世界里也需要遵循规章制度，通过信息化教学提升学生的法治意识。……
