细节视角下高校课堂教学效果优化：立规、互动与课堂艺术

摘 要 当前中国特色社会主义进入了新时代，现代经济社会对人力资源优化、人才培养创新提出了一系列新的要求，高校教育面临着极大压力，压力的传递到达最基层必然是对教师的课堂教学提出新要求。当前我国社会对高校课堂教学效果的质疑需要广大高校教师用细致的教学工作和艺术性的教学细节来应对。因此，研究课堂教学细节、提升课堂教学艺术对一线高校教师们的教学工作具有极大的实践意义。

Optimizing the Teaching Effect of Colleges and Universities from the

Perspective of Details： Rules， Interaction and Classroom Art

Abstract Now socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era. Modern economic society puts forward a series of new requirements for the optimization of human resources and the innovation of personnel training， higher education is facing great pressure， the pressure is transmitted to the bottom must  put forward new requirements for teachers' classroom teaching. At present， the questioning of college classroom teaching effect in our society needs the majority of college teachers to deal with meticulous teaching work and artistic teaching details. So studying the details of classroom teaching and improving the art of classroom teaching are of great practical significance to the teaching work of teachers in front-line colleges and universities.

我国高校教育注重知识传授与理论讲解，课堂教学是高校教育中最基础也是最重要的实践活动，是高校教师向学生讲解传授知识的主阵地，是学生学习知识、理解知识的主场所，是师生双向交流达成知识共鸣共享的主渠道。因此，重视课堂、用好课堂、管好课堂，细化教学过程，提高课堂教学效果就是高校搞好教育、进行人才培养的核心工作;高校的课堂教学质量直接决定了高校的教育质量，细抠课堂教学细节、提升课堂教学效果就是提升高校教育质量的根本路径。

1目前高校课堂教学存在的问题

1.1 高校教师的教学意识不强

教育者们常说“教无定法”，但教育工作作为一门科学，肯定适用一定的工作原则及学科规律，教师在教学过程中无论采取何种教学方法、运用何种教学手段，无论方式多么精彩、教姿多么得当，一定要按教育规律育人，按科学的规律施教。……
