学生心理互动在体育教学的作用

摘  要：在我国大力提倡以素质教学作为教育工作改革创新方向的背景下，学生心理健康教学的创新方法也逐渐融入到体育教学工作之中。在体育教学实践中关注学生心理活动也非常重要，当前体育教师与学生的心理互动还存在一些不足之处，需要采取有效策略进一步完善学生心理健康教育。基于此，本文通过以学生心理互动在体育教学的作用为研究出发点，探索了心理健康教育在体育教学中的重要作用以及存在的问题，以期为我国体育教学提供理论意义和实践意义。

The role of Students Psychological Interaction in Physical Education Teaching

【Absrtact】under the background that quality teaching is advocated as a new direction of educational reform and innovation in our country，the innovative methods of students mental health teaching are gradually integrated into physical education teaching work. It is also very important to pay attention to students psychological activities in the practice of physical education teaching. At present，there are still some shortcomings in the psychological interaction between physical education teachers and students，so it is necessary to take effective strategies to further improve students mental health education. Based on this，this paper explores the important role and existing problems of mental health education in physical education by taking the role of students psychological interaction in physical education teaching as the starting point. In order to provide theoretical and practical significance for physical education teaching in China.

隨着现代化社会的快速发展，家长对学校、孩子的要求也越来越高，许多家长不仅希望自己的孩子拥有良好的文化知识水平，还希望孩子可以“琴棋书画”样样精通，拥有一个身心健康的良好精神状态。健康从狭义上来说是人的身体没有疾病或病症，但从广义层面来说健康不仅是人的身体上的健康，它还包括了人的心理状态、社会安定等状况。这说明健康与人的心理层面、生理层面以及社会是紧密相连的。具有健康良好的心理素质是学生成长和成才的重要保证。在我国传统的教学中，虽然一直要求以培养学生的“德智体美劳”为教学目标，但在实际的教学过程中，许多学校都忽略了体育教学和学生的心理健康发展。因此，本文通过探索学生心理互动在体育教学的作用，提出在体育教学中如何实施心理互动教学方法的有效途径，帮助广大体育教师可以更好的实施体育教学活动。……
