浅谈班主任家庭教育指导策略

摘  要：儿童的教育离不开家庭教育学校教育和社会教育。其中，家庭教育是学校教育和社会教育的基础。家庭教育是一个人成长的全部基础，无论是智力情感还是能力的发展，一切一切全部来自家庭。家庭教育在孩子的成长过程中起着不可替代的作用。学校、社会开展的安全课需要家长的正确传达。空中课堂开展期间，儿童有序、高效的学习生活需要家长的正确引导。家长是家庭教育的领导者和组织者。家长素养的高低成为儿童家庭教育是否成功的关键所在。为保证孩子的健康成长，班主任应利用其专业优势指导家长开展家庭教育，实现家校共育。

On the Guidance Strategy of Homeroom Teacher Family Education

【Abstract】 Childrens education cannot be separated from family education，school education and social education.Among them，family education is the foundation of school education and social education.Family education is the foundation of a persons growth，no matter it is the development of intelligence，emotion or ability，everything comes from the family.Family education plays an irreplaceable role in the growth of children.The school，the society develops the safety lesson to need the parent's correct transmission.During the classroom in the air，childrens orderly and efficient learning life needs the correct guidance of parents.Parents are the leaders and organizers of home education.The quality of parents is the key to the success of childrens family education.In order to ensure the healthy growth of children，head teachers should take advantage of their professional advantages to guide parents to carry out family education and realize home-school co-education.

隨着线上教学的开展，家长被迫承担起老师的职责。全新的学习方式和学习体验给家长和孩子带来了极大的挑战。有着良好家长素养的家长不仅带领着孩子继续前进，还收获了孩子的自主学习能力和自我约束力，积累了线上学习的经验。但是在家长教育素养低的家庭，家长不仅不能引导孩子自主学习，完成看空中课堂的学业任务，还破坏了孩子的学习兴趣、成长动力，打击了孩子的成长自信心。朱永新曾说：“在所有的问题儿童身上，都可以找到他们家庭的原因。”所有孩子的教育问题，都可以从家长身上找到原因及解决办法。但是笔者所在的农村地区家长教育素养低，表现在家庭教育观念陈旧，家庭教育方法单一落后。……
