2020年上海市崇明区社区伤害监测结果分析

摘要：【目的】分析上海市崇明区居民伤害的发生水平、分布特征和变化趋势，为伤害防治决策提供科学依据。【方法】选择2020年社区伤害监测全部收集到的伤害病例及死因监测数据为研究对象，对伤害数据进行统计分析。【结果】共调查5616例门诊伤害患者，男性粗死亡率为女性的1.28倍，标化死亡率为女性的1.85倍。农林牧渔水利业生产人员职业伤害占比最高（64.03%），40-64岁年龄组的伤害占比最高（67.69%）。【结论】崇明区男性伤害死亡率高于女性，特殊群体伤害的预防与教育必须加强。

Abstract： Objective To analyze the level， distribution and trend of injury among residents in Chongming District， Shanghai， and to provide scientific basis for injury prevention and control.Methods All the injury cases collected in community injury monitoring in 2020 were selected as the research objects， and the injury data were analyzed statistically. Results A total of 5616 outpatients were investigated. The crude death rate of males was 1.28 times that of females， and the standardized death rate was 1.85 times that of females. The occupational injury rate of agricultural， forestry， animal husbandry， fishery and water conservancy workers was the highest （64.03%） ， and the injury rate of the age group of 40-64 years was the highest （67.69%） .Conclusion The mortality rate of male injuries is higher than that of female injuries in Chongming area. The prevention and education of injuries of special groups should be strengthened.

伤害是危害世界各国的一个重要公共卫生问题，和感染性疾病、慢性非传染性疾病一起构成危害居民健康的三大疾病负担[1]。2016年全球的伤害死亡人数占总死亡数的8.43%[2]，中国每年发生的伤害事件约有3亿人次，由伤害导致死亡约为70-75万人数，占死亡总人数的11%[3]。本文收集了2020年崇明区社区伤害监测的数据，分析伤害的发生水平、分布特征和流行趋势，为崇明区伤害的预防和控制提供科学的决策依据。

1资料与方法

1.1 资料

伤害病例数据来源于崇明区18家社区卫生服务中心门急诊就诊，被诊断为伤害的首诊患者。人口资料来自崇明区公安局。

伤害事件所致死亡病例为在国际疾病分类ICD-10中死亡外因编码为V00-Y98的病例;死亡外因均指引起损伤或中毒等伤害的事件。本次分析所涉及的死亡数据是崇明区户籍人口死亡登记数据。……
