罗清生“三重视”兽医教育思想研究

摘要 通过历史文献、个别访谈系统总结了罗清生的重视理论联系实际、重视师资培养和重视教材建设，即“三重视”教育思想。罗清生是我国现代兽医教育和家畜传染病学的奠基人之一，全面学习、深入领会罗清生“三重视”兽医教育思想对于探讨中国现代兽医教育、推进家畜传染病防治有着重要的学术价值和现实意义。

LUO Qing-shengs Thought of “Three Emphasis” on Veterinary Education

Abstract This paper summarized Luo Qing-shengs theory of emphasizing to integrating theory with practice，teachers training and textbook compilation through historical documents and individual interviews. Luo Qing-sheng is one of the founders of Chinas modern veterinary education and animal infectious diseases， so it has important academic value and practical significance for the development of modern veterinary education by comprehensive learning and in-depth understanding Luo Qing-shengs thought of “three emphasis” on veterinary education.

罗清生（1898—1974年），广东南海人，1919年毕业于北京清华学堂，同年赴美国留学攻读兽医专业，是我国最早赴美国学习兽医科学的学者之一。1923年获美国堪萨斯州立大学兽医学博士学位后回国，是我国最早获兽医博士学位的人士之一，先后在国立东南大学、国立中央大学畜牧兽医系担任系主任等职位，解放前夕任中央大学教务长。1949年以后，先后任南京大学教授，南京农学院教授、系主任、教务长、副院长。罗清生是我国著名的兽医学家、农业教育家，中国现代兽医教育和家畜传染病学奠基人之一。

罗清生的教学经验和教育思想可以总括为“三重视”，即重视理论联系实际、重视师资培养、重视教材建设。罗清生在他长期的教学实践和教育管理工作中，一贯重视师生的临床能力，经常亲自参与指导学生的教学实验和生产实习，尤其重视对青年的教育培养和实践锻炼。我国兽医界的诸多知名专家、教授、学者都曾经跟随他学习和实践。……
