基于钉钉平台的翻转课堂教学模式在心内科教学实践的可行性分析

摘  要：探讨基于钉钉平台的翻转课堂教学模式在心内科教学实践上的可行性。选取齐齐哈尔医学院附属第三医院心内一科实习的齐齐哈尔医学院2016级临床本科的学生为研究对象，在心内科教学过程中采用基于钉钉平台的翻转课堂教学模式，分析学生在临床实习过程中对心内科理论知识的掌握程度和运用情况，以及学生对基于钉钉平台的翻转课堂教学模式的认可度。测试结果显示，学生在翻转课堂模式下对心内科的知识掌握程度逐步提高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。调查显示学生对基于钉钉平台的翻转课堂教学模式比较满意。基于钉钉平台的翻转课堂教学模式引入心内科教学能显著提高学生学习的积极主动性，扎实了学生对心内科知识的理论基础，强化了学生互助协作的团队意识。

Feasibility Analysis of Flipped Classroom Teaching Mode Based on Ding Talk Platform in Cardiology Teaching Practice

Abstract： To explore the feasibility of flipped classroom teaching mode based on nail platform in cardiology teaching practice. the clinical undergraduate students of grade 2016 in the first Department of Cardiology in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical College were selected as the research objects. The flipped classroom teaching mode based on nail platform was adopted in the teaching process of Cardiology， and the mastery and application of the theoretical knowledge of Cardiology in the process of clinical practice were analyzed The recognition degree of flipped classroom teaching mode. the test results showed that students' mastery of Cardiology in flipped classroom mode was gradually improved， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. The survey shows that students are satisfied with the flipped classroom teaching mode based on nail platform. The flipped classroom teaching mode based on nail platform can significantly improve the students' learning initiative， consolidate the theoretical basis of students' cardiology knowledge， and strengthen the team consciousness of students' mutual assistance and cooperation.

心內科，即心血管内科，是专门治疗心血管各种疾病的一个临床科室，治疗的疾病有高血压、心律失常、心率衰竭、心肌梗死、心肌炎等，心内科因心脏在空间结构上的立体性、复杂性，以及血管、传导纤维分布的复杂性，临床病例表现纷繁复杂，在传统教学上往往会使医学生在学习上感觉枯燥抽象，失去学习的兴趣，遏制了学生学习的主动性和积极性、不利于学生掌握临床基础知识和培养学生临床诊断思维的能力[1]。疫情期间，为了保证学生学习进度不因疫情受到影响而正常开展，我院教师充分利用网络教学平台，采用钉钉直播的方式开展心内科临床教学，虽然我院实现了疫情期间“停课不停学”的目标，但是教学模式依旧是采用传统教学方式进行知识灌输和教师讲解。……
